Refund policy

Because our products are made and fulfilled to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or preference.

Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

We will issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@sojournalista.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage and/or the incorrect item received (including the packaging if possible)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund, depending on the situation and available inventory.

What’s Not Eligible

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect orders due to customer-provided information (wrong address, wrong selection, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Sale items or gift cards (if applicable)
